Products & Descriptions
All our models are 1:24 scale die-cast collectibles. We make every effort to display product colors, details and descriptions accurately. Minor variations between photos and the actual item may occur due to lighting and screen settings.
Pricing & Orders
All prices are listed in UAE Dirham (AED) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse or cancel any order, and to limit quantities. You will be notified and refunded if an order is cancelled after payment.
Payment
Payments are processed securely through Ziina, supporting Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not store your full card details on our servers.
Shipping, Returns & Refunds
Orders are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which form part of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including the logo, text, graphics and images — is the property of UAE Diecast and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
UAE Diecast is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our products or website, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our models are collectibles and may contain small parts — not suitable for young children.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
