Return Window
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all inserts and accessories.
How to Request a Return
Contact us first via our contact page, email info@diecastuae.com, or WhatsApp 0501089052 with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the steps.
Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund — including any shipping costs — at no charge to you.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item), we cover all shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and the original AED 17 shipping charge is non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been used, displayed, or are missing their original packaging may not be eligible for a return. Gift cards and clearance items marked “final sale” are non-refundable.
