Yes. Every model is a genuine, collector-grade 1:24 scale die-cast, hand-picked for quality and detail.
Q. What scale are the models?
Most of our models are 1:24 scale unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
Q. How much is shipping?
A flat rate of AED 17 applies to every order, anywhere in the UAE. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Q. When will my order arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 1–4 business days depending on your Emirate.
Q. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking update via WhatsApp or email so you can follow it to your door.
Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay through our secure payment partner, Ziina.
Q. Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, if the item is unused and in its original packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy.
Q. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours with photos and we’ll arrange a free replacement or full refund right away.
Q. Do you ship outside the UAE?
